Result of Costumn Contest in Kutchan Halloween
We announce the result of costume contest in Kutchan Halloween 2019 held on October 19th.
In this contest, there are 2 categolies; "Kindergarden kids and younger" and "Elementary kids and older"
All "Trick or Treat" participants voted at Kutchan Tourist Information Center, where is the goal of "Trick or Treat",
after that our judge decide who is the winner.
