【キッチンカー公募】 Food Trucks Village 2023 “Eat the Street in NISEKO”
We anticipate that food and beverage facilities in the Hirafu area will be extremely crowded during the winter season.
The KTA will hold "Eat the Street in NISEKO," mainly featuring food trucks, to improve food and beverage services for inbound tourists, raise awareness of local food products, and provide a place for after-ski gatherings.
【Period】
① December 23(Sat) 2023 - February 24(Sat) 2024 Total:64 days
② Negotiation is required regarding the regular closing days of
each store (one day per week is planned).
【Number of stalls】
・10 vehicles (subject to change)
・One application per business (consultation required for large vehicles)
・Selection according to criteria (not on a first-come, first-
served basis)
【Hours of operation】
17:00-22:00 (punctual) * Restrooms close at 22:00
【Contents of stalls】
Multiple foods and drinks (no drinks only)
Food sanitation must be in accordance with the instructions and guidance of the public health center.
