Any person who establishes or operates a radio station without a license
shall be liable to penal servitude for a period not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding one million yen.
Any person who interferes with important administrative radio communications such as fire-fighting, police or disaster prevention broadcasting
shall be liable to penal servitude for a period not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding two million and five hundred thousand yen. Attempted offenses are also subject to punishment.
